CNC Machining

Our CNC Centers can accomplish the difficult operations on tooling that require multi-step operations, thus reducing the costly set-ups of those multi-step operations.  CNC Centers are mainly used for Milling, Ports, Recesses and Bearings. Cost and quality are our main concerns. Utilizing our CNC Centers allows us to maintain lower costs while increasing the quality of our tooling beyond customer expectation.

Manual Machining

Machining that is not performed at the CNC Centers is accomplished by our manual milling machines. Weld chambers and feeds are done on Manual Mills. Skilled operators check every detail on each die and make any necessary adjustments.  Manual milling machines are also used for modifying dies or revising dies to accommodate any changes made by the customer.
